Hannah Cartwright's Story

Head Trainer : Located at the

Lauderdale Pet Lodge

Growing up on a farm in North Carolina, I have always involved myself with animals. Combining my love for critters of all shapes and sizes, and the joy I get from being a helping hand, I came to Florida to coach others on the key communication skills necessary in handling their canine companions, in and out of the home. Whatever your lifestyle, I can help you and your family build a stronger bond with your pet. Passionate. Patient. Persistent. Pet-lover. These are just a few of the characteristics that describe me. Every animal is an individual with their own quirks, talents, personalities, and experiences. I am committed to working with yours to give them the specific guidance they need. It’s never too late to teach an old dog new tricks, and I believe it’s never too late to train any pet. My services are designed with you and your family in mind, and I believe in working as much with you as with your animal. Whether you’re thinking about getting an animal, have a new pet, or already own a pet with behavioral problems, I am here to help.

Dear Hannah,
Thank you for the excellent training you gave our dog during his four weeks. As a rescue, he came to you without any discipline. He was so wild, we were at our wits end with him!
Once he started training with you, we saw a difference immediately. Now we're proud to take him anywhere. People always comment on how well behaved he is. Thanks to you, the dog is trained, the family is trained to handle him properly, and everyone is happy.
Thank you!

I would like to give a shout out to Hannah for her amazing pet training skills. I took my dog Roxy for an evaluation, as she needed some much needed re socialization skills; due to an unfortunate dog attack from her past. In just a few short sessions, Hannah was able to get Roxy to trust and play with other dogs again. I can’t tell you how incredible it was to see Roxy happy and playful again with other dogs. Thank you so much Hannah, you saved my puppy Roxy.

Hannah helped me with my pup who is a shy street dog. After just two weeks at school, she was much more confident, walked great on a leash, and I had the tools to bond with her even more! Hannah uses the best method for your dog and thoroughly explains each aspect of the training. Hannah is the absolute best!

Home-Schooling

Do you find that most days your dog takes you for a walk, run, and hike? Walking, running, biking, long-boarding, and hiking with your dog should be an enjoyable bonding experience! Do you want to be confident taking your furry companion to local events, the beach, or out to dinner without anxieties or stress?

The Home-Schooling I offer, allow for the dog to be taught how to recognize some simple body language movements from the handler. In every one-on-one session you and your family will be coached on how to reinforce proper manners in various situations, step by step. These key techniques and communication skills will have your companion more focused and entertained. You and your family are the most important part of this learning and doing your homework is essential to success with your canine.
